Terms of Use

1. Using the app

By installing or using Probashi Bhai you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app; it is made for adults living abroad. Use the app lawfully and do not misuse it, for example by disrupting the service, scraping it, reverse-engineering it, or trying to access other users' data.

2. Your account

The app creates an anonymous account for your installation; a profile with a name, photo or contact details is optional. You are responsible for what you add to your profile. You can delete the account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete my account or at probashibhai.com/apps/delete-account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

3. News and videos

News comes from our own newsroom and from publishing partners and is shown with its source. Videos are published by us and our partners and sorted into categories; the feed is personalised from what you watch. Content is for general information only; it is not legal, immigration, financial or medical advice. If you believe content infringes your rights, email us with a link to it.

4. Job news

Job news (recruitment notices and news about jobs abroad) is published in the News section with its source. We do not list, verify or broker jobs. Always confirm an offer with the employer or a licensed recruiting agency before you apply or travel. Never pay anyone to get a job, and report any notice that asks for money. We are not a party to any employment agreement.

5. Flights

Flight results come from our flight search partner. Prices and availability can change at any time and are confirmed only on the booking site you are sent to; the booking is between you and that site or airline, under their terms. Deal prices shown in notifications or on the home screen are indicative.

6. VPN

The VPN protects your connection on untrusted networks and is offered free of charge, in time-limited sessions that you can extend by choosing to watch a rewarded ad (see section 7). Do not use it for unlawful activity, to attack networks, to send spam or to violate the terms of other services. Speeds, locations and availability vary and may change or be withdrawn. Some countries restrict VPN use; you are responsible for complying with the law where you are. We do not log the websites you visit (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Advertising and rewards

The app is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob: banner and native ads, full-screen ads at natural breaks (for example between videos or when the app opens) and optional rewarded ads. Ads are labelled as ads and are not endorsements; advertisers are responsible for their ads and for anything you buy from them.

Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice. Before it starts, the app tells you the reward (for example extra VPN time or a number of videos without ads) and you can decline it; you receive the reward after watching the ad. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. Their type, size and availability may change, and we may withhold rewards obtained through fraud, automated tools or other misuse.

8. Notifications

You choose which notifications to receive in Settings and can turn them off at any time in the app or in Android settings.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its design and the Probashi Bhai name and logo belong to us. Content from partners belongs to its owners and is shown with permission. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the app or its content.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party content, job offers found through job news, bookings made on partner sites, ads, VPN interruptions or interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
