1. Using the app

By using Probashi Bhai you agree to these terms. Use the app lawfully and do not misuse it, for example by disrupting the service, scraping it, or trying to access other users' data.

2. News and videos

News comes from our publishing partners and is shown with its source. Videos are published by us and our partners. Content is for general information; it is not legal, immigration, financial or medical advice.

3. Job listings

Job listings are provided by third parties. A "Verified" label appears only on listings we have checked; other listings are not verified by us. Always confirm an offer with the employer or a licensed recruiting agency before you apply or travel. Never pay anyone to get a job through a listing, and report any listing that asks for money. We are not a party to any employment agreement.

4. Flights

Flight results come from our flight search partner. Prices and availability can change at any time and are confirmed only on the booking site you are sent to; the booking is between you and that site or airline, under their terms. Deal prices shown in notifications or on the home screen are indicative.

5. VPN

The VPN protects your connection on untrusted networks. Do not use it for unlawful activity, to attack networks, or to send spam. Speeds, locations and availability may vary and may change. We do not log the websites you visit (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Notifications

You choose which notifications to receive in Settings and can turn them off at any time in the app or in Android settings.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design and the Probashi Bhai name and logo belong to us. Content from partners belongs to its owners and is shown with permission.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party content, job offers, bookings made on partner sites, or interruptions of the service.
